Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026.
The service
Kwikbill is an online invoicing service supplied by Input IT Ltd (company number 04812979), 2 Horton Close, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS13 1PJ, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you add.
Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the people you invite to your business. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think it has been compromised.
Your data
Everything you enter stays yours. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export it at any time from Settings and delete it when you leave.
Pricing
Every business gets its first month free, no card needed. After that Kwikbill costs £14.99 a month per business, including VAT, or £9.99 a month with a referral; businesses you own after the first are discounted. When a free month ends without a plan the business becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view, search and download everything, and nothing is ever charged without you choosing a plan first. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Payments from your clients
Online payments are handled by Stripe or GoCardless under their own terms, directly between your business and your client. Kwikbill records the payment against the invoice but is not a party to it and holds no client money. Kwikbill charges 0.9% of each card payment and 0.4% of each bank payment, deducted by Stripe or GoCardless before the money reaches you, on top of their own fees. These fees are not refunded if you refund your client.
Acceptable use
You must not use Kwikbill to send spam, to issue documents that are fraudulent or misleading, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We aim to keep Kwikbill available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Keep your own copies of important documents; the PDF of every invoice is yours to download.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Input IT Ltd's liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim, or £100 if you have paid none. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Kwikbill is a tool for preparing your documents; you remain responsible for their accuracy and for your own tax and accounting obligations.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach, in which case you will still be able to export your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
